Our Dog Boarding Services
Whether you're planning a vacation, a business trip, or just need a day to yourself, our Santa Monica and Culver city locations are the ideal choice for responsible and caring pet boarding. We’ve carefully constructed a sophisticated and safe boarding environment for your dog to enjoy while you are away. Our facility provides the highest level of service and care for your pet in your absence.
During the day, overnight guests receive all the same benefits of group daycare, plus at night they receive a spacious private room to call their own. We provide comfortable, raised bedding and plush blankets to all of our guests. Every dog always gets naptime, snacks, and lots of personal one-on-one attention while at ROVER. Private boarding is also available for dogs that are not enrolled in group daycare.
The safety of the pets in our care is our top priority. Our facilities are protected by 24/7 monitored surveillance cameras, a professionally monitored fire dectection system, and a comprehensive security system.

Additional Fees
Boarders who are picked up after 12pm noon will be charged an additional $33, the rate of a half-day of daycare.
Each additional pet receives 10% off for Boarding. 10% off for visits over 14 consecutive nights and 15% off for monthly stays, additional after hours check-out pets will be charged 1/2 the regular fee.

Additional Fees
Boarders who are picked up after 12pm noon will be charged an additional $36 (the rate of a half-day of daycare). Each additional pet will be 50% off the $36 fee.
Additional $10 fee for pickup/drop off outside of operating hours. Operating hours are Monday-Friday 7AM - 9PM, Saturday 7AM - 9PM, Sunday 10AM - 6PM.
Each additional pet receives 10% off for Boarding. 10% off for visits over 14 consecutive nights and 15% off for monthly stays.

Peak Season Pricing
During our most in-demand boarding timeframes, a nightly Peak Season surcharge will be added to all boarding reservations. Peak season dates include any major holidays and local school breaks. Please call for more information!
Boarding FAQs
Holidays are some of our busiest times of the year! To accommodate increased demand and additional staffing, a $5 per dog, per day peak holiday fee applies to daycare and boarding services.
Our check-in and check-out hours are:
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
For the health and safety of all our guests, the following vaccines are required:
Dogs:
Rabies
Distemper/Parvo
Bordetella
Leptospirosis and Canine Influenza are recommended.
Cats:
Rabies
FVRCP
Please bring your pet's regular food so they can stay on their normal diet and avoid potential stomach upset. You are also welcome to bring bedding, toys, or other familiar comfort items from home. We recommend labeling all personal belongings with your pet's name.
We are happy to administer medications to your pet. Please bring all medications in their original prescription or labeled container. A $3 medication administration fee applies.
A temperament test allows our team to get to know your dog and determine whether group play is a good fit for them.
We start by giving your dog time to become comfortable with our facility and team. Once they are settled, we gradually introduce them to one dog at a time. If each introduction goes well, we continue adding dogs to the group while carefully monitoring their behavior and comfort level.
A temperament test helps us get to know your pet before their stay and allows our team to determine the safest and most comfortable environment for them. Every dog has a different personality and play style, so this process helps us create the best experience possible.
That's okay! A dog does not have to participate in group play for us to care for them. If your pet does not pass the temperament test, we can still provide individualized care as long as they can be safely handled by our team.
